How can I recover my account information as an Alumnus?

As an Alumnus, you still have access to many Liberty University resources and discounts. Follow the steps below to recover your login information to be able to take advantage of these offers.

Note: After two years of inactivity, your account may be disabled. Once/if you have your ID number or username, the Liberty University IT HelpDesk can assist in re-enabling your account.

 

If you do not know your username or Liberty ID number

  1. Call the Registrar’s Office at (434) 592-5100 and they will assist in recovering your ID number and username. 
  2. Once you have your username and ID number, follow the steps below.
